Responsible for delivery of a portfolio of Programmes including the implementation of a new IBM PIM and Opentext DAM, Oracle AIP replatform and upgrade, Promotions Set Up tool, Pricing tool, Range Expansion and various other projects

Responsible for the delivery of two new data centres, non production environments and associated support services which provide the foundation infrastructure for all M&S e commerce sales

Responsible for the cut over and transition to a new outsourced payroll system for circa 70,000 employees and pensioners. This transition also supported the implementation of a new time and attendance system to be rolled out to all M&S directly managed stores.

Responsible for the transition of the three major projects which made up the IPOS programme transforming IT in over 600 stores. This included a new real time stock management system, back office terminal upgrade and new POS software on over 15,000 tills.

Responsible for delivery of all Infrastructure and Application Services led programmes including; desktop refresh, remote access gateway, and wireless, storage and backup programme, infrastructure PCI projects, and some 20 further infrastructure projects

Provided consulting services in a pre sales capacity to B2M solutions who specialise in software products for mobile devices.

Provided consulting services to the Professional Services Director for a Basel II Enterprise Wide Risk Management implementation into an Eastern European Bank.

Contracted to turn around and deliver a business critical BASEL II programme into Barclays Bank plc. Led an international team of 40 employees and third party contractors comprising of 11 nationalities. Worked closely with other programme providers including Accenture in delivering a $100m solution to manage Barclays’ risk obligations and associated.

Accountable for the delivery of all Post Office Ltd’s IT change programmes, management of the central PMO and testing team. Responsible for leading a team of over 100 project specialists.

This £30m programme delivered changed functionality to 34,000 terminals in 14,500 Post Offices, securing Chip enabled transactions to 28million customers per week. At the same time fundamental changes were made to a complex back end banking architecture.

Lead responsibility for the business’s change management processes, £25m change plan, project management resource pool, integration testing, release implementation, programme assurance and standards.
