Provide study, simulation, field experiment, and ops support to USAF Directed Energy and Space Systems.SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:- 16 years’ experience as USAF officer and 25+ as aerospace engineer- Ph.D. in chosen profession- Civil Service 10 point preference for Disabled Veteran status- Team lead for GPS operational LADO SW sustainment conducting defect tracking and resolution- Acted as Principal Investigator for multiple simulation development SBIRs supporting ATL, XSS-11- Delivered new software products and report documentation on time and within budget- Developed and tested innovative SSA techniques. Neural net analysis of multiple estimation filters- Ops experience at SOR and on Argus crew – TASAT/IDASS development, V&V, and analysis- Classified space control systems development, integration, test, and operations, worked shift ops- Developed low observability attitude maneuver technique for spacecraft – Smart Attitude- Can translate back and forth between FORTRAN, C++, and MATLAB code formats- Led large number of successful business proposals. Wrote content and developed format- Marketing and BD – pipeline capture manager, company quals vs. RFP requirements, convention display booths, brochure & video development, SBIR and BAA proposals, earned several millions in new contracts- USAF Professional Development Sys Planning, Research, Dev, & Engineering Level III Cert
