Building and preserving client relationships by knowledgably guiding them through the home buying/selling process. Holding the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification from the National Association of Realtors® equips me to further educate my buyers and sellers on pricing accuracy. In addition, I hold the e-Pro certification, understanding the importance of safety and security in our increasingly technological world.

Implementation, training, and oversight of key company policies and programs, including, but far from limited to, data entry, sample inventory management, CRM (Salesforce) management, and call center cases. While the title isn’t inherently indicative of such, a major project management role was played through vendor and third-party relationships, and interdepartmental ventures, allowing for significant growth in ability to lead, organize, and educate across multiple sectors and platforms.

Assembled charts upon admission, provided confidential and paramount care for patients and their families, logged critical patient data into management system
