Be responsible for recruiting consultants of various roles in IT, telecommunication domains from Singapore, Vietnam, India, and some other countries (Malaysia, Thailand …). Be responsible for pre-qualification interviews for business manager positions, mostly European profiles. Support staff recruitment team in recruiting other internal positions from recruitment, HR, finance, procurement, etc. Assist and present the company at career fairs, career days at school campus.• Collecting & analyzing the managers’ needs for each vacancy• Sourcing & identifying potential candidates• Conducting pre-qualification interviews via phone calls• Planning interviews with managers• Following up applications throughout the recruitment process• Weekly reporting & meeting with team* Internal events:Being a leader of Amaris Vietnam Office’s Event Committee since December 2016. A voluntary team by staffs to support Event Officer in running events of the group and platform. Several projects:• 2016 Christmas Events: Office Decoration, Wish notes, Gift exchange, music performance• 2017 Amaris Vietnam Staff Seminar: internal communications for office trip (invitation cards, posters, promotion music video), organization of Gala Dinner, on-site support• 2017 Amaris Amazing Race (out-door bonding activities in format of Amazing Race): brainstorm ideas, plan games, prepare materials, contact volunteers, on-site organizer

- Supporting teachers with classroom management and activities- Assigning and marking homework to students- Following up with students’ studying and behavior- Keeping contact with parents on a monthly basis / Delivering customer services- Supporting training centre with other miscellaneous tasks

* Centre 1 HR Support:- Supporting expatriate teachers of ILA Centre 1- Giving HR Induction to new expatriate teachers- Screening applications for TA position* Expats Human Resources Officer :- Supporting expatriate teachers with health check process- Screening applications for expat teachers and following up on recruitment process- Checking and completing documents to proceed referral bonus for ILA teachers/agents- Airport pickup coordinator: arranging TAs to do airport pickup and preparing their salary sheets- Supporting HR Officers with other paperwork

- Translating investigation reports into English- Supporting information for Security Investigators- Drafting letters to shops/dealers/customers regarding their violations- Attending weekly Anti-fraud Committee and doing relating tasks as assigned in the meeting minutes- Managing documents, stationery and other miscellaneous tasks

- Following up loans on due dates- Processing drawdown applications- Issuing bank guarantees- Preparing weekly and monthly reports- Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by LPU Officer
