- Financial Reporting Support: support the reporting team by assisting with tasks related to preparing financial statements. - Translate proposals, contracts, reports, and other documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa- Audit confirmation for Audit team- Take responsibility for the consistency and linguistic quality of all documents which are distributed externally

- As the Local Chapter President of a 90-member branch, I developed and executed business strategies to achieve AIESEC's mission and promote sustainability.- Planning and coordinating leadership development and succession across seven departments to meet yearly goals.- Overseeing talent development, financial performance, external relations, and portfolio development.- Leading a team of 7 department managers (Local Chapter Vice Presidents).

As a Local Chapter Vice President of Engagement with AIESEC, I am the head of the youth-centered product at a branch level (NEU) and a member of the Local Chapter Executive Board. For the first 5 months with my function of 14 members (2 managers and 12 executives), together we:- Successfully organize 3 events with diverse formats (online, offline, hybrid)- At the top of the national ranking for Q1 by attracting 1362 events' SUs and 753 youth attended- Growth over 75% numbers of delegates (890 in total) and 104% numbers of sign-ups (1660 in total)

- Conducting market research with the aim of identifying and suggesting effective tactics for new product development. The comprehensive research process involves searching for and analyzing data related to customer needs and preferences, market trends, and the competitive landscape. - As the CEO's direct report, I managed two interns by guiding and overseeing their work to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks. I led the team to successfully achieve our objectives through effective communication and delegation.- Coordinating partnership and branding events in cooperation with academic institutions and B2B collaborators. These events will serve as a platform to showcase our brand and strengthen our relationships with our partners.

What a wonderful journey I have gone through. 1 year and 11 months with ups and downs have affected who I am today. It was a mixture of happiness and sadness, development and regret, growth and friends that I am truly grateful for.
