-Prepare content & lead for WOR/MOR in Branch meeting.-Drive the discussion and propose activities/action plans by Categories for Branch.-Prepare sales bottom up forecast for Branch by categories.-Follow up with the monthly FCDP (Final Consensus Demand Plan) for the branch.-Sales target planning by each region.-Cascade the categories activities to RSMs/ASMs and do the allocation: Allocate POPEs/POP/POSM, Budget , Permanent Vis programs, Campaign Vis programs-Lead ICP, Quarterly/Monthly activity planning for the Branch and ensure execution by regions.-Manage stock and Sales allocation for all categories.-Evaluate activities implemented in the Branch for key learnings.-Build target distribution for Core products/ Developmental SKUs, Target distribution/Primary/Secondary for Gold/ Silver campaign=> Tracking and Monitor the quality of execution.-Lead the implementation of this project at Branch: AI project in display, payment by Redeem Code, Milo Apollo,…-Manage redemption/activation show, work with agency for execution/scheme/ sales efficiency.-Scope: All provinces in Mekong Delta, Tay Ninh & Bia Ria-Vung Tau

-Manage distributors and be in charge of ship & off, inventory management, manage return on investment for distributor. Prepare for plan growth base on sales history.-Manage human resources: Salesman, team leader,..by recruitment, training and qualification. Provide target for sales team, scheme and selling plans.-Planning and execution for listing new products to ensure distribution and visibility.
