Duong Do is an unconventional entrepreneur who founded Toong, the first coworking space chain in Vietnam and also the country’s first chain to flourish in foreign markets. Since 2015, Toong’s non-stop expansion has pioneered a wave of coworking spaces in Vietnam, disrupting the whole office landscape. By cultivating a culture that fosters the self-transformation of the current labor force, Duong aspires to redefine the coworking space model to empower a better society.He also found GocCreation, a service-model-creation firm to collaborated with its partners to develop new business models ranging from working experience, accommodation, F&B, retail, community space, art or the blend of two or more disciplines. The firm's intention is to create mindful brands and experiences which, can transform the way people live, nurture good values, both mentally and financially.Before establishing Toong and GocCreation, Duong held the Managing Director position at Richard Moore Associates – the Vietnam’s first foreign-invested strategic brand image consulting firm. He was 27 when he led his team to help VietJet Air, VPBank, Ecopark, Kangaroo, Sala new-urban-area to build their strong brand images. Duong contributed to leaving an imprint in the domestic box office - with two record-breaking movies - when he was the Marketing Manager at Galaxy Studio when he was 25.He earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Management from Fontys University, the Netherlands, and double MBA degrees in Management from HELP University, Malaysia and Finance from Edith Cowan University, Australia.
