Growing up, school was "meh" to me. 15 years later, seeing how my nieces are still learning in the same method I was taught, fuels me to take part in changing the education system in Vietnam however small my contribution may be.Internalizing that goal, I have been working in the education field since 2015 at various roles: a teacher, a researcher, a product developer, a quality controller, etc. Every decision I make, no matter how difficult, always stems from the beacon that students come first. While I enjoy working with my team to promote growth and embrace challenges, what I cherish the most is the few hours a week I spend inside the classroom with my students. They are the ones that keep me going in this field.In my free time, I hone my skills in sketchnoting, calligraphy and doodling which I then apply back to my work and teaching.
