In charge of iGHTK’s new user growth strategies:- Create customer personas and recommend prospective customer groups by analyzing the data of iGHTK users.- Collaborate with the AI team to recommend customer attributes for AI training and possible user suggestions.- Oversee SMS and ZNS Brandname campaigns for CTR, CPU, and conversion rate.Investigate and recommend campaigns for brand collaboration and social media user growth.*Achievement:- Increased average conversion rate from 5% to 8% in 2023 and reached 10% in January 2024.- Reduce the cost per user to under 7,000 VND.2. Work together to put in place loyalty plans for iGHTK users:- Oversee campaigns for in-app notifications targeting particular user segments.- Optimize the user experience for certain actions.- Install in-app games to draw people in.*Achievement:- Changed the new user verification procedure, which increased the daily average number of users completing the task from 80 to 120 (+50%)
