- Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand, analyze business process, needs and requirements- Gather business and system requirements for technical documentation (SRS, UC, process flows, diagrams...)- Work actively with technical teams to transfer and clarify requirements, solution defining.- Design database and API documentation for the BE development team.- Design UI/UX of web and mobile applications using Figma.- Conduct research and analysis of business requirements, data characteristics, system functionality to recommend feasible solutions for the team.- Review and keep tracking of outputs to ensure the release is correct.- Support daily operation by root-cause analysis, solutions consulting and requirements changed management.- Assist the QC team in developing test plans, requirements verification and internal testing.- Assist PM on project scope, planning and communication.- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Work with stakeholders to arrange the shipping plan.- Contact client/agent to get shipment detail.- Prepare documents to submit to customs, quarantine agencies, warehouses so that goods can be exported and imported.- Direct the carrier to receive the imported goods and unload them at the airport.- Report monthly data statistics of the shipping plan to direct manager.

- Manage digital communications activities: fanpage, facebook groups, website, email marketing,seeding, media,... - Make marketing plans for the products of the English Center.- Optimize Facebook ads campaigns, offline events, sponsorships with a budget of up to 100 million vnđ/month.- Do research a new product to develope its seeding group and reached to 4k members in 6 months.- Design and Write content to post and share information in all social network channels.

The program is called green summer. Work together with a team of 15 people to plan projects that will aid in the construction of playgrounds, roads, and schools in remote regions and also spread awareness about ways to keep kids from drowning and organize entertaining activities for them.
