Taking Care of Over all Planning and Costing for Contracts Infosys Projects - Central Team

 Planning & Scheduling• Macro Planning of Resources (Material, Manpower) required for project mobilsation.• Preparing the Macro and Micro schedules using Primavera P3 and MSP for all major and minor activities.• Responsible for planning of materials and man power based on timely requirement as per the master quantities.• Preparing the planning & scheduling charts.• Planning of internal activities like UG Sump, Compound wall, Security room, Retaining Wall, Basement Works, and Internal Road development.• Using MS Project or Primavera Software for identifying the Critical Activities against Project Duration.• Tracking of project in Cost aspect using the costing concept for monitoring the expenditures occurring against estimated amount.• Critical Path and resource analysis (including manpower , Material and P & M)• Compare the DPR and WR with monthly planning and scheduling. • Appropriate sample approvals from client with supporting – Mock up.• Involved in study of LOI, contractual agreement points, work order and special agreement points.• Clarify the doubts at every fortnight meeting in client side.• Weekly once meeting to be contacted with site team – Schedule against Work done.• External Sub Contractor & Labour Bill Checking and Updating in ERP.• Raising the Purchase request to purchase department as per the schedule and follow up for the timely resource availability.
