As the Manager of the Technical Team at a leading cybersecurity integrator firm, I oversee a team of over 15 professionals dedicated to delivering top-notch security solutions to our diverse client base. With approximately 100 clients spanning across banking, aviation, and telecommunications sectors, we specialize in the deployment and management of SIEM and SOAR products.My responsibilities include guiding my team in effectively communicating the value and functionality of these security solutions to our clients. We handle the full lifecycle of these products from pre-sales demonstrations, project planning, and implementation, to post-sales support. The SIEM&SOAR team that I lead is one of the two teams in the cyber security department (the other being SOC).
