Business Analyst
Current Responsible for transforming business requirements into technical requirements Understanding and Analyzing business processes, gathering requirements and developing user stories Experience in handling business data needs from Product owners, HRA’s, Stakeholders and business expertise Coordinating with cross-functional teams between business and technical team Provide guidance, process flow and business analysis for ongoing program needs based on their SLA’s and other required business documentation Assist in quality management reviews and conduct meetings with the team to ensure that all business and design requirements are met Manage, research and track escalated issues and work with internal department to ensure resolution. Create and maintain regular reports, tracking for stake holders, HRAs and product owners using tools like VISIO, SAFe to keep them informed about the project’s status including achievement, risks and issues Responsible for testing and Assisted business team in UAT testing Interface with guidelines. Developed test cases and documenting the procedures for the business requirements Performed User Acceptance testing to ensure expected Vs actual for the business requirements. Assisted/Enhanced in creating the training materials associated with the business requirements Coordinated with Vendor implementation team and DC IT team in providing training and continuous support to the product owners Experience accessing back end data using SQL queries
