Technical Lead + Product Owner
CurrentLeading a team of 8 members + collaborating with a US team of 18 membersAs part of Viasat which is ISP based on satellitecommunication , we make sure of all the scenarios thinking from the customer view which in turn we make sure of the quality that we provide and the system resiliency.Need to stay updated on the changes happening in all the products involved so the coverage improvements will be done accordingly. Need to have a deep technical understanding so i can help the team if they are stuck technically. Acting as a face of the team for the development teams so when there is any new feature added in their product I along with the team can help test and validate the feature. We will monitor the production issues and if there are any issues which is been escaped (the usecase is not part of testing), we make sure we develop a test script to cover them. Collaborate well with the team Proposed technical solutions / tools to minimize manual time.Will help the new members as a mentor and as a Technical lead for their career growth
