I launched Core Advantage to improve the delivery of elite level strength and conditioning to athletes of all levels. Our world class high performance centre is based in Oakleigh South in Melbourne. We coach athletes from almost all sports, and several current clients and alumni are Olympians, and many former clients are athletes currently in the college sport system in the US.We run a highly regarded internship every semester to develop the best future coaches in the industry.

I am responsible for enhancing the long term athletic development of our junior basketballers through education initiatives, on court clinics and work with our various, state teams coaches and our National Performance Program and NITP athletes.

I was responsible for the athletic development and physical preparation of the Deakin Melbourne Boomers WNBL team working under Head Coach Guy Molloy.

Dandenong Basketball Association

Working under Head Coach Gary Fox I was responsible for the athletic development, performance enhancement, and injury prevention protocols implemented by our team. In my four years at Dandenong I was lucky enough to be part of back to back National championships in 2004 and 2005. In 2006 we we just missed out on a 3peat and were runners up to Laurens Jacksons Canberra capitals.
