-Remote Installation Planner in Support of the Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC)-Integrated to the Basing and Conversion team.-Ensure facilities and infrastructure requirements are addressed prior to the bed down of new aircraft.- Assist bases with developing courses of action (COA), and planning and programming those actions for necessary repair (SRM) and construction (MILCON) projects.-Coordinate with various stakeholders in NGB, the MAJCOMS, and the individual bases.-Participate in site visits and SATAFs for bases in conversion and prepare supporting documents such as SATAF reports.-Mentor and train field staff on basing and project processes.

-Manage planning, programming, design, construction, contract management and inspection for new construction and renovation projects. -Lead teams of project managers, inspectors, A/E firms and construction contractors.-Apply project management principles, and basic mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering knowledge to complete facility and infrastructure projects. -Coordinate between multiple agencies including NGB, USACE, AFCEC, host base, and wing functions.

-Remote Regional Facility Programmer in support of the Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC).-Oversees facility project/program development at seven Air National Guard bases across five states and territories.-Support to strategic basing team at various phases pre and post-selection to develop plans and courses of actions for new missions and conversions at assigned bases. -Provide training to base level personnel.-Ensures compliance of planning and programming documents.-Synchronize efforts between base level personnel and various offices within the ANGRC.-Prepares and coordinates information for Members of Congress, the Secretary of the Air Force, State Governors and Generals.

-Managed installation program including development and implementation of repair, maintenance, and construction plan for Selfridge ANGB.-Created conceptual designs and costs as part of a feasibility study for two new missions considering Selfridge ANGB as a bed-down location. Provided support to Marines Reserves and NAVFAC in developing a new mission bed-down and consolidation with existing mission. Developed 20-year space use and project plan as part of a small team. This planning product allows the Michigan Adjutant General to reconcile and advocate for future project funding at the state and federal level.-Created a planning platform to address current base space utilization by creating variance packages and/or right sizing facilities to fit into authorization.-Utilize data from Asset Management Tool (AMT), Facility Effectiveness Tool (FE Tool), Base 920, and facility BUILDER data to program and manage projects that are urgent, critical and authorized.-Coordinated with assigned DoD and Base level units to determine requirements for future engineering and construction projects.-Partner with Federal, State, and County agencies to execute projects.-Manages projects start to finish. Including A-E source selection, planning and design work for new construction, renovations, and improvement projects for real property facilities and utility systems.-Acted as project liaison with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on a $190K study to assess flood risks and create mitigation solutions.-Planned a $5.1M Unspecified Minor Military Construction project with National Guard Bureau to repair the failed foundation and subsequent damages to the base fire station.-Consulted and provided recommendations on projects led by other engineers and architects as well as tenant organizations.-127th Civil Engineer Squadron awarded the 2020 ANG BG Archie Mayes Outstanding Engineering Flight of the Year.
