• Pup’s Pub Orlando is a full liquor, membership-based sports bar for dogs and their owners alike.• As Managing Partner, I oversaw initial hiring, training and buildout efforts as well as creating a roadmap for our first year including menu creation, marketing, and sales tactics.o Over 1,300 members gained within the first three months of operation with a retention rate of 94%• Working directly with City of Orlando to create marketing strategies for local events, promoting directly to attract local clientele.• Negotiating supplier contracts and maintaining positive relationships with regular suppliers to initiate spending and promotions to create added profits for the business.• Proved to be a valuable asset to founding management team/owners by providing original and innovative solutions, actively negotiating, and resolving differences within the scope of business and creating higher ticket sales while properly training staff on effective marketing and upselling techniques.
