Supervising and inspection of process and piping facilities including development and reconstruction of MHC & DHT unit S-4300 ,Sulphur unit S-4450,reconstruction of TNG Merox III S-2550 and Manipulation and filling station S-24100 and full erection of amine recovery unit S-5950 and S-5900.

Main responsibilities: • Preparation and plan of production according to documentation (isometrics) of investor. • Clarification on drawings of isometrics which are not correct. Making suggestion to solve problems. • Control of WPQR, WPS and ITP procedures and organization TÜV SUD control and acceptance. • Welding done as per 111,135,136 and 141 EN5817 " B". • Organization of VT/MT/RT form third party. • Monthly /weekly/daily progress report. Production and mitigation plan of production. • Coordination meeting with investors and representative owner of facilities. • Preparation of delivery and payment sheets according to contract documents. • Organization and following of assembly work with all parts of activities necessary for execution and finalization on work at site.
