Eentrepreneur and management consultant with expertise in the area of human resources management and new technologiesProven professional with more than 15 years of experience in management consulting and human resources management and development (HRM/D).In 2007 established, and run as CEO and lead consultant a boutique HR consultancy company in Serbia (Cromer Group) which successfully served various domestic and international clients across industries by providing them with services in the areas of human resources management, organizational development and strategic communications.Since 2013 he is active in the areas of technology entrepreneurship as an author, lecturer and mentor. He has mentored successful tech startups from Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece and Serbia. Between 2015 and 2020 he has been Innovation and Business Development Consultant to ICT Hub, #1 center for technology entrepreneurship and corporate innovation in Serbia, where he focuses on helping corporations embrace the knowledge, power and energy of tech startups.In 2016 he has joined team of founders of One Assessment, a tech startup in the area of recruitment and human resources management, where he puts into practice his own expertise and experience in the fields of human resources, entrepreneurship and working with tech startups.In January 2020 co-founded Benefiti.rs a platfor which digitalizes and democratizes the process of providing employee benefits.Before turning entrepreneur, he has eight years (1999-2007) of experience in international development (working for USAID funded, Washington DC based National Democratic Institute). He is one of founders, and between 2012 and 2014 member of the Managing Board of the Serbian Association of Management Consultants.
