About Dušan Žerak

My mission is to work as a specialized franchise consultant partner in the Adriatic region. I am dedicated to developing new business opportunities in the Adriatic region: firstly, for individuals living in the region; secondly, for companies working and expanding in the region; and last but not least, for franchisors from all over the world entering into the region.In 17 years of business consultancy in my own company − of which the last ten have been exclusively in franchising − I have gained rich experience in the area of franchise business, working with companies of various sizes. Countries, in which I work as a franchise consultant, are primarily the Adriatic region countries, such as Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.I regularly upgrade my knowledge through practice (my clients form the majority of existing franchise systems in the region), and at the same time with franchising being a highly complex and dynamic business sector I invest a lot of time into staying in line with all the trends and novelties in the sector (seminars, round tables, conferences – also as a speaker).
