Organized and established a highly profitable sales operation and currently leading the company in growth, generating annual revenue in excess of $12,000,000 from an initial annual revenue base of $400,000.- Led senior management business-level discussion and decisions involving vision and strategy, enterprise-level decisions, standardization of best practices, and project governance oversight.- Recruited, trained, and evaluated staff; developed incentive and reward programs for employees.- Developed, implemented and executed training and performance evaluation systems to ensure compliance with food safety requirements and to identify potential gaps in policies, procedures and business processes. - Developed strategies to improve non-performing accounts, reduce spoils, maximize product sales and minimize losses.
