• Oversee nearly 150 employee partners, in the sale and delivery of testing & inspection services for fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire suppression systems, and emergency lighting at national account locations nationwide, producing $60M in annual revenues.• Lead and support a team of direct report managers in Operations, HR, IT, Accounting, Vendor Relations, Account Management, Customer Service, and Technical Support professionals.• Manage all aspects of the National Accounts Operations Center in alignment with corporate culture, ensure all policies and procedures are in compliance; oversee partner engagement, customer endearment, and diversity & inclusion.• Develop and implement strategy for revenue growth, cost control, long-range planning, B2B selling, human resource planning and development, succession planning, contract negotiations, vendor management, service delivery, and customer retention.• Determine sales and pricing strategies to retain and successfully grow current customers, and attract new business.• Travel extensively to develop relationships with key decision makers at national and regional account headquarters.
