Managed several projects in the Bulk Storage industry. This isncluded but was not limited to material procurement, drafting & design, fabrication, shipping, and coordination of install.

Assist in supervising field employees assigned to a particular construction discipline work area, i.e., electrical, piping, erection of structural steel, rebar, duct work, etc. Responsibilities/ key duties:1. Monitor installation of rebar for conformance to structural drawings.2. Assist Project Superintendent by enforcing quality control, expediting subcontractors.3. Continually update drawings with changes as issued by Consultants.4. Continually find solutions to conflicts in drawings and specifications by conferring with the Consultants. Coordinate these solutions with the various sub-trades.5. Report accurate quantities for labor cost reports, accurately monitor material ledgers to determine if quantities remaining in the estimate are sufficient to complete the project in the field.6. Coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities as required by the contract.7. Inspect falsework for conformance to design drawings.8. Review shop drawings for conformance with the contract and ensure information is communicated to Foreman and Superintendent.9. Identify contract document conflicts and recommend solutions.10. Ensure construction work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications and design instruction.11. Present oneself as a candidate for promotion by learning and understanding construction methods and developing good construction management skills.12. Provide technical engineering information and interpretation of plans, detail sheets and specifications for contractors.

Assist with several classes in the School of Construction including Surveying I, Surveying II, Construction Graphics, Construction industry, and several more. Covered class lessons, tests, and labs for various classes and instructors. I plan, organize, and teach classes and labs when needed. I have had extensive experience with a 3D Laser Scanner as well as other cutting edge technologies.

Managed 3-5 employees on a daily basis on a cottage that housed 20-25 residents. I was in charge of leading the shift and making sure the tasks at had were completed successfully, safely, and efficiently.
