As lead PM, currently under construction of the Great Wolf Lodge Gulf Coast located near Houston, TX. The 532 key Gulf Coast Lodge will be the first "Generation 4" lodge within the GWL brand. Prior to the Lodge in Texas, have constructed three high end hospitality resorts consisting of over 1,400 hotel keys, 1.4M sf of GBA, totaling over $600 million. Involved with new lodge construction beginning in the pre-development phase, during construction and through close out / grand opening. Previous projects include:● Great Wolf Lodge Maryland – Completed May 2023700 keys, over 600,000 sf, including indoor waterpark, state of the art conference facility, multiple food and beverage outlets and the full array of Great Wolf Lodge attractions. Project completed 45 days ahead of schedule● Great Wolf Lodge Arizona – Completed September 2019350 keys, 90,000 sf indoor waterpark, 15,000 sf convention center and meeting space, 7 food and beverage outlets, 6 retail outlets, and numerous indoor entertainment attractions● Great Wolf Resorts Corporate Headquarters Expansion – Completed February 2019Managed the 12,000 sf expansion of the GWR Corporate Headquarters located in Chicago, IL. ● Great Wolf Lodge Illinois – Completed July 2018Acquisition and conversion of the KeyLime Cove Indoor Waterpark Resort into a Great Wolf Lodge. Extensive renovation of all 414 guestrooms, public spaces, and exterior aspects, in addition to a 25,000 sf expansion of the indoor waterparkResponsibilities:● Responsible for the successful execution of approved development plans inclusive of schedule, budget and design● Coordinate with contractors, architects and owner on RFIs, submittals, change orders, design decisions and turnover● Assist developers during preconstruction on design progress, budget development, RFP process and GMP negotiations● Interface directly with Executive leaders and Ownership to provide project updates

Served as Manager of Business Development through the development and construction phases of numerous large scale hospitality resort projects, ranging in costs from $100 million to $200 million each, and totaling nearly $700 million. Projects include:● Great Wolf Lodge Arizona – Completed September 2019. 350 keys, 90,000 sf indoor waterpark, 15,000 sf convention center and meeting space, 7 food and beverage outlets, 6 retail outlets, and numerous indoor entertainment attractions.● Great Wolf Lodge Georgia – Completed March 2018457 keys, 94,000 sf indoor waterpark, 30,000 sf convention center and meeting space, and a variety of food and beverage, retail and attraction outlets.● Great Wolf Lodge Minnesota – Completed November 2017Acquisition and conversion of the existing 404 key Radisson Hotel Bloomington near Mall of America into the GWL Minnesota. ● Great Wolf Lodge Colorado – Completed December 2016Acquisition and conversion of the partially complete, 300 key, John Q. Hammons Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center into the GWL Colorado. Responsibilities:● Determine target markets for future Great Wolf Lodges through the use of analytical and subjective tools, including proforma financial modeling, existing property financials, projections and demographic analysis● Prepare and review introductory letters, pre negotiation agreements, letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, and other contractual documents● Compile statistics supporting requests for incentives and grants from local, state, and federal agencies based on job creation and tax revenues resulting from Lodges● Model incentives and grants such as hotel tax rebates, property tax abatements, permit and impact fee reimbursements, infrastructure cost reimbursements, etc.
