At eBay, I was hired as an appeals representative. I work with customers who would like to appeal an eBay made decision made on their case regarding a purchase made. I assisted in removing defects and Feedback from accounts when appropriate within guidelines. I assisted with billing related questions and assist in advice regarding customer eBay business. I was also identified as an efficiency expert within the team and helped coach representatives to be more efficient within their calls. In June of 2015 I had the opportunity be an Intern with High ASP. As a member of the HASP team I dealt with individual cases for high value item. I was responsible for being in contact with and building trust both members during each step of each case. I provided recommendations to seller on return requests and make final decisions and future recommendations to avoid these situations on escalated cases. In November of 2015 I accepted a position in the Merchant Support Operation Group. In this position I handled phone calls and emails assisting the highest value eBay sellers with growth of sales on eBay, Case decisions and listing problems. I also had the opportunity to serve as a temporary agile. I answered teammate’s questions regarding case decisions and policy questions. I also handled Escalated calls and spoke with members who asked for a member of leadership

At Verizon Wireless I was hired as a customer service representative to assisted customers with ordering and basic troubleshooting for all cellular issues. I was also on the escalation team, to take any escalated calls from members that could no longer resolve their issues with the representative they spoke with first. In May of 2012 I applied and was moved to the Business Technical support team to work with Business customers and Business help desks with technical issues regarding their cell and mobile device issues. On my team, I was selected to be in a pilot program to lead toward leadership within the department. I was responsible for listening to calls and coaching representatives with best practices, as well as arranging incentive games and contests on a monthly basis.

At Overstock.com I was chosen for the Research Department out of my nesting to become a CS agent. I worked in the Research Department though Q4 dealing with Warehouse shipping and product problems. During this time I dealt directly with the warehouse via Email. In February of 2006, I was chosen to be in the first group of mentors for the CS agents, I was responsible for taking escalated calls for the agents on the floor as well as assist with incoming questions from teammates regarding policy information and call flow.In July 2007 I was moved to Team leader in the Technical support Team. Upon getting the team I set up many policies and procedures that are still in use in the technical support Department. My duties included agent development and career path goals, as well as coaching on calls, statistics and behaviors of day to day representatives.

At Convergy’s I spent most of my time on a project called Moviebeam. The company was an upstart movie on demand service; I was on the initial team when the product was launched as well as the testing phase was finished. We dealt with movie problems associated with product and sales. We assisted the customers in choosing movies, and setting up the product. I also spent four months on the Direct TV Project dealing with billing and technical Support.
