I am a diverse leader with a wide range of leadership skills. I am an experienced Law Enforcement Officer and business owner who was most recently assigned to the Washington State Patrol (WSP) Training Division as a supervisor. I have a documented and successful track record of possessing strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. I bring a resilient work ethic with great time management skills, and the ability to learn new roles quickly and efficiently. I have extensive experience conducting in-depth investigations for a wide range of criminal and administrative allegations. I have a proven history of being able to manage multiple projects and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of detail and expediency in my work. I have experience navigating, analyzing, and recognizing trends or patterns in data-driven reports. I am able to build and maintain relationships with other law enforcement agencies, and civilian stakeholders with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization. While working with the Washington State Patrol, in an off-duty capacity, I worked as an armed security guard for Off Duty Services with a focus on providing a visual and physical security presence with an emphasis on retail loss prevention. I was the director and coordinator for several stores and accounts for Off Duty Services responsible for scheduling and managing personnel while inuring the physical security needs of the customer were met. Prior to the WSP, I held management positions in retail environments focusing on customer service, inventory management, and loss prevention. I am very active in my community and believe in community resources to help those in need. I have experience volunteering at the Family Support Center in Olympia, which is a homeless shelter for families.
