I have more than 10 years of work experience in the retail and service industry, with a strong background in store management, training, and customer service. I am a skilled multi-tasker, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I have excellent time management skills, ensuring that the propane exchange operations are efficient, safe, and timely. I also have a domain expertise in multitasking, as I have successfully managed and trained teams of store managers and baristas at Starbucks, where I worked for over 6 years. I am passionate about providing quality service and products to our customers, and I am always looking for ways to improve our processes and systems. I value teamwork, collaboration, and diversity, and I strive to create a positive and inclusive work culture for my colleagues and staff.
