It Collaboration Engineer
Current• IT Engineer providing consultative solution design, project management, technical documentation and training/support to a 4,000+ employee enterprise. SME for the City’s collaboration tools; Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, SharePoint, Smartsheet, KnowledgeLake, Adobe Creative Cloud and DocuSign. Worked with City leadership & staff across all departments/divisions and hundreds of external business partners to solve business process problems with technical solutions. • Design & implement collaborative solutions - Digital Interaction/User Interface Development (HTML, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, etc.) - Mobile Applications - Multimedia Presentations (e.g., Adobe Captivate training modules) - Digital graphics, video and audio components• Monitor and address overall system health and functionality, for example, performance metrics such as server utilization, database performance, search optimization, search usage.• Provide input for, adhere to, and support IT Governance plans. Implement and manage compliance monitoring processes and audit reporting.• Participate in the development of taxonomy and metadata configuration best practices and metadata configuration and search optimization for assigned systems. • Create wireframes, storyboards and interactive prototypes for solution design, evaluation and usability testing. • Create and coordinate end-user engagement program and training.
