• Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to support the sales team• Initiate new sales enablement materials for Samsara's new hire training program• Identify key pain points of the sales team and work with internal stakeholders to resolve• Facilitate the highest-ever revenue deals that the Public Sector has booked in the history of the company• Align with sales leadership to inform sales representatives on new processes and solve sales roadblocks• Closely collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure everyone is aligned on internal processes and that all deals meet internal requirements before closing• Work on new process documentation to expedite the onboarding of new sales representatives and drive business growth• Collaborate across private sector and Core sales team segments to achieve cross-functional goals• Conduct live training sessions with Sales Ops team members • In-depth knowledge of internal sales policies

• Conduct sales and customer service via phone, emails, and online chat (Zendesk)• Handle day-to-day activities that enable business processes to run smoothly• Responsible for west coast shipments and ordering of shipping materials• Manage shipping times to meet strict deadlines for product delivery • Work with warehouse managers to coordinate shipping logistics• Correspond with freight companies, managing hundreds of orders each month
