Hired to bring depth and structure to the technology and marketing operations of this personal injury law firm. Some key wins were: PPC Optimization. With annual spend in the seven figures, optimizing our spend was crucial to our team's success. When I came on board, the team's goal was to get us to a 10X return on projected revenue, but through substantial changes to our conversion measures (such as migrating to smart bidding, provide values on extension calls, and rebuild our CRM so we could provide updated case values as a case flowed through our team), we were able to drive our return on projected revenue to over 15X during my last quarter with the company. We were driving so many quality leads that my team was regularly asked to throttle our spend to give the other teams time to hire. By the second quarter, my team had cut our spend by 1/3 for the year, while still being on target to meet our (quite lofty) revenue targets. Team Building. I love building teams and pride myself in hiring wonderful, smart team players. While building this team, I was able to bring on 1) a head of technology who was critical to helping us optimize all our processes associated with our Salesforce (case management) and Hubspot (marketing automation) installations, 2) a content manager who was critical to creating a quality baseline of authoritative, timely and social content and 3) a paid media manager who quickly became the backbone of our team because of her natural ability to structure projects for success. Rebranding. Quickly completed a major rebrand that included creating a new logo, printing all new stationery, building out a completely new website, and migrating the company to a new domain name (aa-llp.com to aa.law) Structured Content. Worked closely with our developer to build out a Case Results section on our site that was loaded with structured content that is displayed based on relevance throughout the site.
