Experienced in multifaceted roles as a Product Owner, Principal Engineer, and Lead, overseeing a team of engineers across multiple locations. Proficient in managing Sprint / T-Mobile's digital presence through CDN platforms, including Akamai and Imperva. Effectively managed domain administration, DNS configurations, redirects, and SSL certificates for multiple organizations.Selected Accomplishments:- Developed roadmaps and defined technical requirements for the content deployment network (CDN) and domain management teams. Partnered with development (front-end, middleware APIs and backend), business and marketing teams to gather requirements, understand priorities and construct user stories as well as using sprint planning sessions to groom the product backlog in Jira. - Established and implemented maintenance and project deployment schedules across our digital infrastructure, ensuring either uninterrupted or minimal disruption to operations, by collaborating across multiple teams within the digital organization. - Increased the security and reliability of our digital platforms by managing ~450 sites using Akamai and Imperva CDN platforms. Closely collaborated with the security team to further integrate web application firewall (WAF) solutions for securing platforms and ensuring uptime using partners’ global reach. - Increased the protection and intellectual property for T-Mobile and Sprint by controlling ~4.5K domains in external registrars (Mark Monitor / Corporation Service Company) as well as thousands of internal DNS entries and delegations in Infoblox. Ensuring entries properly resolved and proactively registering multiple variants of critical domains. - Ensured on-time renewals for ~500 SSL certificates across multiple domains and organizations to retain trust that company sites were legitimately owned/maintained by T-Mobile.- Maintained relationships with external vendor suppliers for provided services to T-Mobile.

Led team of 11 domestic and near / offshore engineers tasked with providing 24x7 operational support for approximately 35 customer-facing applications across wireline, wireless (postpaid), care, toll-free and wholesale areas for Sprint.com digital organization across multiple Cloud and server based architectures.Selected Accomplishments:- Increased the security and reliability of Sprint's digital platforms by migrating Sprint.com, Mobile Sprint, Support and Shop to content delivery network platform using Akamai. - Ensured system stability and up-time by maintaining change management processes for Unix / Linux patching across all environments (development, testing, pre-production and production), as well as code deployment scheduling in pre-production and production environments. - Protected the Sprint.com infrastructure, reducing strain on back-end systems, during the iPhone launch by integrating the Akamai Visitor Prioritization / Holding Room feature on the content delivery network. This was used as a template for all future iPhone launches at Sprint. - Integrated new care and wireline payment application between Sprint and ACH Bank, bringing in revenue of almost $2M after deployment in 2017, over $7.5M in 2018 and ~$10M each in 2019 and 2020.- Managed the launch of the Mobile Sprint platform, on Apache/JBoss, enhancing customer ability to view and pay bills and perform other self-service options directly from their device.- Improved issue response time due to systematic alerting when issues were detected by implementing automated monitoring scripts via Hewlett Packard Ovis / Open View platforms.- Oversaw relationships with external contract providers, engaging in weekly meetings to manage contractual agreements, review performance of contracted work, and resolve outstanding issues.

Worked multiple roles as a Tech Support Engineer II, Systems Programmer and Operations Support Engineer. I worked with 3-5 other individuals who supported around 20 applications from an operational perspective on a 24x7x365 basis. Applications supported were mainly deployed on a J2EE/Java platform running on WebLogic, Oracle and Solaris servers. Developed automated shell scripts for monitoring and alerting, log scraping, as well as code deployments.

Worked as a Software Engineer I/II/III, developing in Smalltalk with hooks into mainframe and oracle backends. Primarily I developed in Java/J2EE and Web architectures (JavaScript, CSS, Html etc.). Most of my development was on applications supporting customer information systems, as well as long distance and wholesale applications. Development platforms mainly included Unix/Solaris, WebLogic, Corba, Oracle, Web Services as well as some windows environments.

Worked as a Summer Intern at Sprint, during my Junior and Senior year in college, as a Software Engineer involved in various projects in the Customer Information Systems (CIS) organization. Primarily focused on testing of applications, writing test cases and project documentation. Additionally, I was tasked with a small amount of coding in Smalltalk and Cobol, as well as assisting other engineers with daily tasks / assignments.
