In this role, I produced simple, effective, and targeted communications to connect employees to the organization and drive business results. I supported the Sr. Director of Communications to design executive presentations and produced the quarterly Aerospace CEO webcast for a global employee audience. I managed the department budget, including vendor master service agreements, purchase orders and invoice payments.

I was fortunate to have a wide range of responsibilities during the nine years serving as Marketing Communications Specialist. I managed communication plans and co-marketing advertising, and developed sales tools (print and electronic, compatible with iPad/Android users) to increase sales velocity, deal expansion, and lead generation. I managed 20+ trade shows per year in North and South America, industry conferences, and executive presentations (such as investor meetings, technology demonstrations, and leadership meetings).

In this role, I designed print and digital assets for marketing programs, trade show exhibits, concept cockpit renderings, live event production (including presentations for widescreen projection), and employee communication campaigns.
