Dustin and his wife, Stephanie Johnson, started Pathway Geriatrics together in early 2021 with the long-term mission of creating a new style of care model for homebound older adults. Dustin is the Head of Operations and is in charge of strategy, business growth, and company finances.

As a Vice President of Digital & Technology at CBRE, Dustin was responsible for leading product development of Deal IQ and Market Builder. Deal IQ is a multi-device (web, iOS, & Android) commercial real estate platform built to support CBRE's 4,000+ US brokers. Market Builder is a proprietary market share analytics platform focused on programmatically identifying potential revenue opportunities for CBRE leadership.Dustin was also in charge of the Seattle Digital and Technology office, where he grew his team from two to 30+ engineers, designers, and product creators. Additional responsibilities included leading product strategy, team development, relationships with external partners on the team's projects, and procuring and managing the office's $10M+ annual operating budget.

In 2014, Dustin founded Market Builder, a proprietary market share analytics platform designed to support CBRE global and regional leadership. The product was built with 100% open source technologies. During this time, he began building a small Seattle based product engineering team to support Market Builder, which would turn into the Seattle Digital and Technology office for CBRE.

As Senior Investment Analyst, Dustin worked for the global CIO and EVP of Strategy, where his primary role was helping to solidify the Company's balance sheet strategy. While there, he was the lead analyst for the refinancing and securing of ~$3 billion. Vehicles included senior unsecured bonds, traditional tranche A and B debt, as well as a new $800 million revolving credit facility.Dustin also functioned as the lead analyst in the acquisition of ING's Real Estate Investment Management business in 2011 for $1.2 billion, where he developed the acquisition and asset valuation models, which allowed the company to value the underlying cash flow of $60+ billion of global assets under management. He also helped design/model the new debt vehicles required to fund the deal.In 2012, Dustin shifted his focus from finance and M&A to financial software modeling, where he developed the first iteration of a geospatial, Python-based application (called Market Builder) that generated over 30,000 reports annually, and became a core strategic tool for CBRE's executive and market leadership.

In late 2008, Dustin began assisting CBRE's global CIO with strategy and financial analysis. In his role, he developed CBRE's balance sheet and cash flow forecasting model, which supported running thousands of economic scenarios while testing the impact on company financials. The model helped support the issuance of $450M of equity, $450M of senior subordinated debt, and the refinancing/modification of nearly $1 billion in existing debt structures. Dustin acted as the primary analyst during all negotiations and execution.

As a Development Analyst for Trammell Crow Company (TCC), Dustin developed a geospatial software system that consumed various GIS datasets and programmatically identified development opportunities fitting the Companys requirements. He also acted in an analyst role for a TCC Partner in charge of Industrial Development in the Tri-State area.
