Originally hired by DHL in 2012, I worked on the evening operation in Minneapolis, MN. During this time I became a dangerous goods certified inspector for international air freight. In August of 2016 I made a transition to the sales side of DHL and began a training role that lasted until the beginning of 2017. I now represent a large portion of the Twin Cities area and hope to use my operations experience to help better serve my customers.In 2022 I decided to pursue a new opportunity in a different industry. My local One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning offered me an opportunity to build on my past experiences and training to build a commercial business unit side of the business from the ground up. With the help of current management and the owner we are building viable maintenance, repair, and replacement solutions for customers who have light commercial units on their rooftops or residential units in a commercial setting.
