Data via SSH-tunnel were uploaded in hoster’s MySQL DB.- Moved most of the servers in Hyper-V environment.- Rebuild network architecture using VLANs. It made network structure more clear and helped maintain it at a lower cost (fewer wires, fewer switches). - Planned and managed migration from old Microsoft Terminal Service (Windows Server 2003) to new Remote Desktop Service Farm (Windows Server 2012 R2 @ Hyper-V). User files were moved by Python script. - Configured RemoteApp for user access instead of classical MSTC access. It reduced customer complains by 10-15%.- Automated user call recording files delivery by writing a command line tool in C#. This decreased the response time on user’s request from a dozen minutes to seconds.
