Dutsadee is an Attorney at Law with more than a decade of experience in the fields of international arbitration, dispute resolution, and government & regulatory affairs. Her practice encompasses a wide range of complex commercial, construction, infrastructure, energy & natural resources, international investment, transportation, and government & regulatory matters. Currently, she serves as an Advisor to the Chair of the Committee on Industry of the Parliament of Thailand, focusing on legislative efforts related to sustainable industries and energy transition.Dutsadee has also been appointed as an arbitrator in several domestic and international arbitration cases. She sits on the Panel/List of Arbitrators of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC), the Beihai Asia International Arbitration Centre (BAIAC), the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), the Thailand Arbitration Centre (THAC), the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI), and the Department of Intellectual Property under the Ministry of Commerce. Dutsadee was the International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitration & ADR Forum (ICC YAAF) representative for South Aisa and the secretary of the Ciarb Thailand branch.Dutsadee regularly shares her expertise as a visiting lecturer at various universities, where she teaches courses in energy law, international trade & investment law, and public law. She also engages in several legal research projects to develop legal systems for Thailand's energy, infrastructure, and public-private partnerships laws, and contributes articles and books for publications.
