I lead key programs and projects that transform and mature business processes in the Cell Therapy and Gene Therapy network. Besides managing my team and contributing to continuous growth of the organization, I manage some major bio-pharmaceutical clients' R&D work portfolios, My extended role in the organization as a steering team member allows me to establish and nurture a bi-directional and collaborative platform for communication among cross-functional team leads towards bigger and better business benefits for the company.
