I have discovered the taste for team leadership, project management and finance control quite early during my student life and my involvement as President of the foreign student society IntEGre.It has led me to add the Management Diploma of the Institute of Business Administration to my Engineer Degree in Materials Science of the University of Grenoble.Working with foreign students also gave me the taste for multicultural experiences hence I went as Project Manager in Sri Lanka during 6 months to build a workshop in order to make carbon-fibre mast for Building A Future Foundation.In 2010, I went to Cyprus as Field Manager to help the set-up of a European project under FIDIC regulations. In 2011, I set up for Bucharest were I managed and developed the Romanian Branch of the eXcent Group. The eXcent Group being specialized in process design and management, with the Romanian team we diversified our technical expertise in the Automotive, Aeronautic and Production industry. We also diversified our offer by developing projects with our client locally with their teams.In 2017, I joined the German Group Bertrandt to create their Bucharest Design Office. With Bertrandt Bucharest we delivered our Engineering expertise in Automotive for both our local customers (Renault, etc..) and our internal clients (Bertrandt France and Germany). After 2 years and successfully reaching the threshold of 100 engineers, I decided to take on a new and more personal challenge.Hence, I joined forces with my friend Stéphane PERRIN to be the General Manager of Masina Engineering. Stéphane has 25 years of experience in metalwork Industry and he created Masina Engineering 12 years ago. We are designing, producing and installing industrial tooling from welding jigs to automated machine. We also produce standardized products for the management of automotive parts (dynamic trolley, painting jigs, etc…) or for the mountain industry (protective structure, snow gun support, avalanche control system).
