* Organization transformation management:- Provide consultation to BUs on organization development to optimize operation/resources as well as rationalize structure- Coordinate with relevant parties to support BUs to complete documents regarding to organization changes timely and legally. - Support to develop policies, regulations, frameworks in organization change management to facilitate the implementation.- Manage Organization chart management system (OMS), coordinate with IT Division for upgrading or solving problem if any. * Job Management- Provide coaching on JD Development for stakeholders - Review/update new JDs, provide consultation on Job grade, job level.* HR Project/HR Reporting& Planning/ Employee Engagement - Coordinate, monitor and implement HR projects as assigned (Competency Framework, Talent Development, Productivity, Workforce planning...)- In charge of all employee engagement activities for VIB South. - Develop HR analytic reports.

TA & employer branding - Implementing all recruitment process: recruitment scheduling and planning, manpower requisition form, resume search, CV screening, reference checks, interviews.- Be in charge of fulfilling all back office positions of Yola up to Director Level.- Proposing, and joining in initiatives for developing resource, attracting and keeping talents.- Resolve other recruitment-related issues;- Control Employee Headcount in comparison with Headcount Budget.- Manage all employer branding activities both online & offline.Training & Development - TNA- Conduct orientation for new enployees- Search and contact training suppliers upon request.- Design/review training outline/content with trainers.- Talent Development/ First-line Managers development program.- Update training database and records.- Evaluating Training result HR Projects & Employee Engagement - JD frameworks, Budget planning, Recruitment process, organization structure, talent mapping in Education industry...- Holding internal events

- Be in charge of fulfilling recruitment plan as per approved headcount and recruitment requests from Dept/ Center/ Division;- Timely provide skilled and qualified workforce to the organization from both internal transfer/ adjustment and external sources;- Corporate with other Dept/ Center/ Division having recruitment needs in screening and interviewing to select qualified candidates up to Manager level;- Carry out recruitment activities within budget such as posting job advertisement in website, buying candidates'​ data, using headhunt services, participating in job fairs, making relationship and connecting to universities/ colleges,... in order to build up employer brand and varied candidate pool;- Resolve other recruitment-related issues;* Main Stakeholders: IT Division, Business Intelligence Competency Center (BICC), Risk Management Division, HR Division, Internal Audit Department, Quality Assurance Department (Process Re- engineering), Operations Division...

* Executive search:- From 2013 - 06/2014: F&B, Hospitality, Real Estate team- From 6/2014 - 04/2015: IT, Technology Team - Identifying and approaching suitable candidates through a variety of methods.- Receiving and reviewing resumes, participating in the interview progress and creating a shortlist of candidates.- Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client.- Helping candidates to prepare for interviews.* Business development- Searching potential clients.- Persuading clients to use company's service.
