- Purchase materials (Aluminium hardware, steel pallets, frame,...) that ensure all of these items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships- Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.- Research and evaluate prospective suppliers.- Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.- Obtained: project "Finding suppliers for raw materials of wood pellet in Viet Nam"

Production and Planning Monitoring team- Be responsible for offering orders to Contract Manufactures (CMs) in Hardwood and Full-woven item groups. - Make production plan with contract manufactures about ETD, ETD shipper,...- Issue and control materials for vendors such as petan, hardware, ...- Follow up from production process to delivery or shipment.- Have knowledge in export operation and experience in documentation (Booking, submit SI ,VGM,...)- Support vendors to solve issues- Obtained : submit mini-project "Developing production units in Full-woven item group"

- Follow up and release Purchase Orders as production plan in SAP system.- Cooperate with Production, Logistics and Quality Control teams to ensure smooth operations.- Monitor the progress of workers receiving goods.- Manage orders delivering on-time.
