Creating and calculating a range plan for bathroom sections, monitoring budget, ensure optimal stock management and contribution to the realization of the standards with regards to margin and turnover. Analyze financial trends such as sales, markdowns, profit margins, pricing and promotions, product trends as winners and losers, provide strategic insights and action points through in informative decks. In addition to my role ‘merchandise planner’, due to my previous creative experiences; ‘visual merchandising’ was added to my task. Optimising the use of the Koçtaş bathrooms’ layout and store media by developing and implementing range presentation solutions that strengthen the connection between the Koçtaş offer and the everyday lives of people.
