HRC is the leading club in Foreign Trade University, focusing in connecting students and employers by omni-channel products. Founded in 2005, we have worked with over 5,000 companies and 100,000 students. - Built and managed strategic relationships with enterprises to grow the club's business. - Enhanced the working efficiency by renovating working tools and optimizing the working process- Planned and managed to ensure the overall development and engagement of 9 members

- Researched and evaluated university students’ job application needs by implementing researches and interviews.- Along with 3 other leaders ideated and established a brand new format for HRC summer project, which attracted 772 CVs applied.- Led 3 members to reach the KPI of 58.436.000 (116% KPI) in revenue in 3 weeks.- Effectively planned and applied the B2B sales and account procedure to manage 19 corporations including Savills, JLL, MB Bank, Publicis Groupe, Avery Dennison, Crystal International, VP Bank.- Played the role of the main communicator between external stakeholders and other team members, ensured the quality and the productivity of the event.

Web3 Space is an one-stop-shop for Web3 builders with 5 main activities: Event, Education, Hackathon, Acceleration & Investment. - Searched for leads, approached and negotiated with Layer 1s to establish Sponsorship and Strategic Partnership for Web3 Space events in Vietnam. Successfully established partnerships with market leaders: Aleo, Klaytn, Topl, Lightlink, VNST- Ideated and developed the first partnership proposal and lead sharing mechanism for Web3 Space, based on customer and company context, to establish deal flows with other investors and VCs. Continuously reviewed and enhanced the proposal according to partners’ feedback. Result: Successfully initiated 8 deal flows within 1 month of launching, namely GSR Markets, GEM Group.- Being the Event Manager of Topl Online Introduction Session. Planned, coordinated and crossworked with other team members to reached the KPI of 60 attendants.

- Worked as a Sales & Account Team Member in different projects. Ensured the revenue KPI and kept the relationships with customers- Used my big-picture viewpoints to enhance the clubs working process- Operated website hrc.com.vn, a recruitment connecting website for economic students. Ensured the Jobs and CVs KPI.- Undertook an UXUI reviews for hrc.com.vn, resulted in a report with 56 suggestions for the website.
