Through this role, I gained comprehensive insights into Vietnam’s debt capital market landscape and its future trajectory. My focus lies in leveraging technology to optimize market efficiency and transparency.Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in competitive ballroom dancing, which taught me about discipline, focus, and the value of hard work, both on and off the dance floor. Within our department, my responsibilities included:- Research international best practices to find valuable insights into regulating corporate bond markets;- Managing and structuring the Corporate Bond Information System (CBIS) database, which serves as the official channel for pre- and post-issuance information on private offerings;- Spearheading the development of the new Corporate Bonds Trading System (CBTS), launched on 19th July 2023, focusing on data and system structuring. This innovative platform will revolutionize CBs trading in Vietnam, enhancing the transparency & security of transactions;- Conducting research on credit rating and ESG bond frameworks and information structures in Vietnam.- Manage the disclosure of information from issuers, depositors, underwriters, consultants, and other market participants. -
Bond Market Department - Government Bond SpecialistHanoi Stock Exchange Sep 2018 - Sep 2021Hanoi- Led the internal user acceptance testing (IUAT) phase for the new Government Bonds Trading System (GTS) project provided by the Korean Stock Exchange (KRX). Coordinated with multiple stakeholders including stock exchanges, securities depositories, and regulatory bodies to review designs, test cases, and user manuals.
