Dušan Bajić is a member of Serbian and Belgrade Bar Association since 2015. Dušan Bajić provides legal assistance to clients in domain of civil law, corporate and commercial law, as well as services within civil procedure, bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings. He has significant experience in drafting claims, appeals, legal remedies and contracts, as well as consultation regarding intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks and patents). He also participated in complex projects related to companies owned by the Republic of Serbia, as well as large private companies. As a registered mediator (mediator in dispute resolution), Dušan Bajić has the knowledge and experience in the field of alternative dispute resolution, which has proven to be very useful in legal advice and representation of clients in mediation proceedings before other mediators also. Dušan Bajić has successfully represented and advised the largest international companies in the field of production and export of electricity, tobacco and food products, as well as in disputes arising from such business. In the construction, real estate and mining sector, Dušan Bajić advised and represented domestic and foreign companies in proceedings related to compensation for damages, breach of contractual obligations, guarantee issues, termination of privatization contracts, as well as in complex bankruptcy proceedings. Before becoming a Partner and co-owner of the law firm JMS & Partners, Dušan Bajić was engaged as a judge trainee in Commercial Court in Belgrade, after that as a legal trainee and a Lawyer - Senior Associate in one of a leading commercial law firms in Serbia, after which he started an independent legal practice. He represents clients before state authorities and Courts of Law.
