I have been a School Nurse in the public high school setting since 2000. Previously, I worked in acute care in the hospital setting in women and infant care. I have also worked in clinical research in a pediatric hospital setting. My specialty passions and interests include mindfulness practice, concussion management in the educational setting, and whole foods plant based nutrition. I am expanding my professional practice into Lifestyle Medicine, and I am a certified Wellcoaches Health and Wellness Coach and am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I am also trained to facilitate CHIP - the Complete Health Improvement Program (https://chiphealth.com/), and I have several certifications in plant-based nutrition.My new professional and personal focus is shifting to active aging for women 50+.
