As a Program Officer at MENTOR Washington, I lead and support the quality and effectiveness of mentoring programs across the state. I have over three years of experience in the youth development field, working with diverse and underserved populations, and providing match support, training, and consultation to mentors, families, and partner organizations.Kindness, empathy, compassion are all things I constantly practice for people I work for and work with, and especially for myself.
