The research project consisted of two parts:1) Quantitative research investigating levels of post-traumatic growth in Bahamians during the Covid-19 pandemic2) Qualitative research exploring factors perceived as contributing to post-traumatic growth in Bahamians who lived through Hurricane Dorian in Abaco and Grand Bahama My role involved- Preparation of project plan and schedules, monitoring project progress ensuring the team are on-task in accordance with timelines and deadlines are met - Development of qualitative research instruments- Quantitative and qualitative data collection and management, including data analysis and reporting- Budget development and management, tracking costs- Organize participant recruitment initiatives for quantitative and qualitative data collection and connecting with community stakeholders to facilitate connection with participants

- Assisting the Camp Director with the planning and design of Camp Hope and Club Hope, a camp promoting growth and resilience in children who have experienced significant adversity- Development of M&E Plan for Camp Hope/Club Hope- Overseeing data collection, collation, storage, analysis and reporting, including the preparation of program reports- Ensuring outcomes and lessons learned are integrated into the project and shared with relevant stakeholders- Administrative and logistical support to Camp Director

- Selected to be a part of the 8th cohort of ambassadors for the socialprotection.org platform which is committed to promoting the development of effective social protection policies and systems through various ways including sharing knowledge, research, and provide online courses to practitioners and professionals - Contributed to regional (Caribbean and Bahamian) knowledge around social protection generally and social protection during Covid-19 by compiling newsletters, research, webinars, articles, and features supporting the development of an action plan for advocacy and response to the pandemic that also aids those most vulnerable - Promoted engagement with the platform and provided feedback on the platforms interactive features
