Planning and performing audits on Inlife core processes to mitigate potential risks and highlight trends, including Price Protection and Unilateral Contract Variation processes.- Working with business stakeholders to ensure compliance concerns are communicated and reported in a timely.- Working as part of the RES Operational compliance team to ensure delivery of compliance assurance activity for Compliance Delivery Managers.- Developing an enduring relationship with key stakeholders in Customer Operations; including Service Delivery Managers and Operational Compliance Mangers, as we implemented a control to measure Price Protection compliance for Pre-Payment customers.- Successfully supported the Operational teams to be business ready for audit through provision of insightful feedback.- Delivering the weekly compliance reports for senior stakeholders.- Creating the audit user guides for all Price Protection audits being performed by auditors in Customer Operations across a number of E.ON sites.
