Conducting surveillance of security systems. Resolving disputes/issues in a professional and efficient manner. Provide customer service and protection of all employees and non-employees. Also providing key/battery assistance, and the escorting of employees and non-employees of the hospital when required. Assist with restraints and lockups while also coordinating & responding to emergency calls in various areas of the facility.
