We are a Virginia based real estate investment company with commercial property holdings in Danville, VA. (Operating out of Spring Grove, PA) As Managing Member, I address tenant and property issues including billings, maintenance, and decision making.

Using FTP and data management sites, I oversee outgoing documents to, and incoming documents from the Customers per contractual requirements. This includes various SharePoint sites as well as the Corps of Engineers RMS / QCS management systems.

I advised students in course selection, assisted in the registration function, answer questions from students for clarification and resolution of issues, and oversaw the activities of the Evening Resource Center office.

I created an Excel based Scheduling system which reduced late deliveries by over 50%, monitored financial backlogs by customer, late deliveries, cost of goods sold, sales forecasts, capacity, planned production schedule using “Just in time” manufacturing techniques to minimize inventory costs, and assisted with Human Resource responsibilities, job descriptions, environmental, health, and safety audits.
